Activating your account or resetting your password

Step 1

Click on “Request new password”

Enter your phone number or email address in the field provided, then submit the form.

Step 2

You should receive reset instructions on your email

Click on the link attached to the mail

Step 3

Enter in a new secure password and login into the portal
