Unblocking Users(Super Admin)

You will need Super Admin permission to follow through this tutorial

Step 1

Click on “Your Name”

From the top right to access the dashboard

Step 2

Locate the user you want to unblock and click on the edit button

Step 3

Change the user’s status from blocked to Active

Finally click on the save button and the user should now be active
